Location and modern room

Staff and service. Late to check in room. Did not get what was reserved. Poor attitude

Convenient location, ~5 min walk to nearest MRT station and shopping district. Helpful staff.

Breakfast was not part of our package though we did order for an additional fee. Breakfast was a disappointment due to value. We paid over $1000 TWD and my over easy eggs were like rubber, meat over cooked. We ended up not eating and walking out. Rest of stay was excellent. Location, comfort, friendliness of staff all good.

Nice cosy hotel near to shopping centre and subway. I would definitely choose this hotel for my next trip.

Quite good location, walking distance to the train station Next to familymart, which was goodOverall, clean rooms and very attentive staff

The location of the hotel is great.

The lobby environment being shared with a bar. The lack of instructions for the room control panel. Room servicing was inconsistent, there were technical difficulties with the room TV.

Modern design, nice vibe and ambience. The night view of 101 was beautiful.

When I arrived, the reception and bar area were busy and blocked off with a conference, which meant standing around awkwardly by the elevators during the lengthy check in process.

location is perfect, near the metro and convenience stores and malls. The bar and music on level 5 was very enjoyable and chill.

Hard to find space to open huge luggage, but otherwise everything else is good

Excellent location. Very new when we stayed (Early August 2024). Spacious room. Sunken bath tub was a treat for the kids! Nespresso machine in room. Sealy mattress. Complimentary snacks and happy hour!

Nothing really but if I had to nitpick: there was no drop off canopy so we dont get wet in the rain. Just a minor inconvenience though.

The staff is hospitable, but seems not familiar with the facilities. I believe it will be better afterwards.

1. The 101 view actually got blocked by another building. It would be better to check if all the rooms highlighted with 101 view actually have that view.2. The bathtub in my stay is quite small and the embedded bathtub is that I did not expect in hotel stays.

Super clean & large room with a king size bed. Bathroom was A+. Small bar at the reception gets lively on week-ends night. Well located: not in a super busy neighborhood but mid way on the Blue Line metro line between Xinyi and Ximen.

Not clear whether there is a gym or not. Would be a + to get a good (and easy to find) gym. No breakfast possibility at the hotel. The coffee shop at floor 1 only opens at 9h.

Great location, excellent decor with a cool vibe. Well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom

The bar needs a better cocktail menu and also more wine selection

The location is perfect and the room comfy! The noodle from the laylow bar is very delicious but the happy hour wine offerings are quite a downer!

I don’t like that we need to get the drinking water from the machine by ourselves ? not many choices for the breakfast.

The location is good & the bed is very comfortable.

The self check-in part was awkward. I think putting someone in front of a giant screen like that is very annoying. I guess I'm old-fashioned but checking-in should be a human-to-human process.
